Return Process

Upon arrival, please immediately check your package for any signs of damage or leakage that may have occurred during transit.
- 2.Document Issues
If your items are damaged or incorrect, take clear photographs of the product and the shipping label within 48 hours of delivery.
- 3.Contact Support
Email our team at [email protected] with your order number and the photos you captured to initiate a claim for a refund or replacement.
- 4.Resolution
Once reviewed, we will process a store credit, refund, or ship out a replacement for your damaged goods at no additional cost to you.
